Color Blocking is a huge trend people have been following for a couple of seasons. After finding this cobalt blue skirt at the thrift store, I had to pair it with my bright golden-yellow blouse. It was a match made in heaven. I simply placed a little flare on the toes with animal print and a unique belt I also found at the thrift store. The entire outfit came at a super low price.
