The two patterns I use to create this outfit were Top | New Look Pattern A6217 (similar) and Pants | See & Sew Pattern B5203. After reading the instructions a couple of times, both of them were quite simple to make. The only adjustment I made was adding elastic to the bottom of the pants to create the jogging effect. DIY | Jogger Chic
